Who We Are

NICOLE WINTER

Nicole is the founder and CEO of Nicole Winter Coaching, a corporate coaching business dedicated to helping employees combat burnout. She is a Certified Intuitive Coach with a B.S. in Biology and Equestrian Science from Lake Erie College. Her approach stems from her personal experience battling constant burnout in the corporate world, complemented by her educational background.

Nicole’s expertise is deeply rooted in her over decade-long struggle with corporate burnout in various "dream jobs," from the veterinary industry to corporate technical recruiting for a FAANG company. During her struggle, she explored various cognitive approaches, therapy, meditation, mindfulness, frequent yoga, energy work, and executive coaching. However, she found her breakthrough in body-based approaches that leverage the body to calm the mind. Leveraging her skills as a former corporate recruiter, Nicole assembles a talented team to provide virtual body-based solutions while using her intuitive coaching abilities to craft customized plans for corporations and their employees. *Nicole is not a medical or mental health professional and does not offer diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, or medical recommendations.
